The technological scheme is as follows:
Such a line for the production of dry building mixtures of 3 tons per hour includes 1kom. A ton bag breaker with a winch (includes 3 pieces of breakers and 1 piece of an electric hoist in a com.) For feeding materials from a ton bag. and 3pcs screw conveyors under the spreaders for feeding materials into the batcher, which works with the help of sensors under the control of a telegram. Control panel for weighing such components according to a specific recipe for dry building mixtures. And also a small Bunker for manual dosing of raw materials and chemical additives. After dosing, the components enter the mixer along the elevator. So, according to a specific recipe, it will carry out the dosing process to a single-shaft mixer for mixing. And after mixing, the finished mixtures will fall into the bunker for the finished product, under such a bunker there is a packer for packing such finished products in bags. The mixer and finished product hopper are installed in a steel structure. And at the work of the complete production line, there is a dust collector for cleaning the dust.
