A fully custom-branded dry mortar packaging, palletizing, and stretch hooding line — engineered by CORINMAC, running smoothly in Russia.

This is a fully customized dry mortar production, packaging, and palletizing line delivered by CORINMAC for a Russian client — now in stable mass production. The line features a vertical layout on a steel structure, with automatic bag placing, valve bag packaging, check weighing, bag flattening, layer palletizing, and stretch hooding — all integrated into one continuous automated flow. Every piece of equipment is custom-branded with the client’s LOGO.

 Upstream Production (Brief)

 

• Additive weighing and batching system on upper steel frame — high-precision bellows load cell, fully automatic one-key operation

 

• Screw conveyors feed materials into 2 ribbon mixers (client-supplied)

 

• Mixed mortar enters finished product hopper above packaging machine

 

 

Packaging Section (Main Focus)

 

• Automatic bag placer: picks up valve bags, opens valve port, places on discharge nozzle — 240-280 bags/hour, 2 bag carts for continuous operation, PLC linkage with packaging machine

 

• Air-floating valve bag packaging machine: 10-60kg per bag, filling accuracy ≤±0.6%, compressed air filling through discharge nozzle

 

• Gross weight weighing principle — bag and product weighed together during filling

 

• Finished bags automatically released onto belt conveyor

 

 

 

 

Quality Control & Preparation

 

• Check weigher verifies actual weight of each bag

 

• Bag flattener presses each bag flat for stable stacking

 

 

 

Palletizing Section (Main Focus)

 

• Layer type palletizer — similar working principle to high-position palletizer, stacks bags layer by layer

 

• Servo-driven coding mechanism, up to 1200 bags/hour

 

• Built-in pallet library automatically feeds empty pallets to stacking position

 

• Preset stacking patterns, fast product changeover within 10 minutes

 

 

Stretch Hooding Section (Main Focus)

 

• Automatic stretch hooder with cold stretch technology

 

• Film covers pallet and products from top to bottom — dust-proof, moisture-proof, hermetically sealed

 

• Film thickness: 0.1mm (80-150 microns), material per pallet: ~500-560g

 

• Far less material than traditional stretch wrap, no tearing or re-wrapping needed

 

• Finished pallet ready for forklift transport

 

 

Additional Lines (Brief)

 

• 2× fully automatic stainless steel small bag packaging lines — vertical screw discharge, servo-driven, 10-35 bags/min, 100-5000g per bag, dust-free filling

 

• 1× semi-automatic ton bag packaging machine — manual bag hanging only, filling and weighing fully automatic, belt conveyor output
