This project involved upgrading the client's existing production line with downstream automation, transforming the entire system for pallet supply, conveying, and automated palletizing of bagged materials. Our technical team considering the existing equipment and working conditions of the original factory, completed equipment placement, electrical integration, program debugging, and trial production with materials. This enabled automated operation of the bagged finished product palletizing section, reducing manual intervention, improving the efficiency of finished product outbound operations, and ensuring stable system operation. The project was successfully delivered.
