CORINMAC is proud to announce the successful installation of two sets of new dry mortar production lines in Kazakhstan!
This project includes a cutting-edge Vertical Dry Mortar Production Line, seamlessly integrating sand drying and standard mortar production. We transformed raw sand into high-quality finished sand using our dryer and vibrating screen. Then, it was mixed precisely with cementitious materials (like cement, gypsum) and various additives following a specific recipe in our powerful mixer to create top-tier dry powder mortar.
The entire process, from raw material storage in silos to final packaging and palletizing by our efficient packaging machine and column palletizer, is controlled by a smart control system. Key equipment also includes screw conveyors, weighing hoppers, additive batching systems, bucket elevators, pre-mixed hoppers, and dust collectors for a clean operation.
