What happens when you give a palletizing robot a different pair of hands? The CORINMAC robotic unpacking machine answers with a simple swap: replace the palletizing gripper with a fork-style gripper, and the same robot arm takes on a new job — unpacking 25-kilogram bags of sugar.
The fork gripper picks the bags one by one from the stack and carries each one over the hopper. No forklift. No manual lifting. No hand cutting. Above the hopper, slitting blades open the bag, and the sugar discharges directly into the hopper. The bag is handled; the material flows — automatically.
Built for Sugar and Free-Flowing Materials
The machine’s contact parts are made of 316L stainless steel (wall thickness ≥3 mm), providing corrosion resistance and cleanability for food, chemical, and pharmaceutical applications. The hopper is made of stainless steel for smooth discharge and easy cleaning, making it suitable for sugar and similar free-flowing materials. The system is designed for small bags under 25 kg, including powdered and granular materials.
