This Russian project is a one-stop mortar production solution tailored by CORINMAC for our client, covering all core aspects of mortar production. The equipment layout is compact and rational, with maximum automation, perfectly matching the client's capacity requirements and production scenarios. As clearly seen in the on-site footage, the entire production line has a clear architecture, is highly collaborative and efficient, forming a closed-loop intelligent production system.

Raw Material Handling and Storage System: Equipped with multiple vertical raw material silos, conveying equipment, and drying devices, it enables the closed storage, precise conveying, and moisture content control of various raw materials such as cement, sand, and admixtures, ensuring the quality of mortar raw materials from the source.

 

Core Mixing System: Utilizing a high-performance mixer and a precise metering module, it can automatically proportion and efficiently mix raw materials according to the formula, ensuring the homogeneity and stability of each batch of mortar.

 

Environmental Dust Removal System: The entire production line is equipped with pulse dust collector, achieving centralized collection and treatment of dust during the production process, complying with local environmental standards and creating a safer working environment for on-site workers.

 

Automatic Packaging and Palletizing System: Integrating a dual-station valve bag packaging machine, conveyor line, and supporting palletizing equipment, it completes the automatic metering, filling, sealing, and palletizing of finished mortar, achieving seamless integration of "packaging-palletizing."

2. High-Performance Mortar Mixer

The machine body features a thickened protective design and is equipped with a low-temperature lubrication system, ensuring trouble-free continuous operation in extremely cold environments, fundamentally guaranteeing the core quality of the mortar products.

 

3. Intelligent Environmental Protection and Conveying System

 

The entire production line adopts a closed conveying design, coupled with a large pulse dust collector, effectively solving the problem of dust spillage during mortar production. The motors and transmission components of the conveying equipment have undergone cold-region strengthening treatment, ensuring smooth transmission and a low failure rate under low-temperature conditions, guaranteeing the continuity of the entire production process.
