Welcome to CORINMAC! In this video, we showcase our latest installation: high-performance dry mortar palletizing line for a client in Russia.
The core equipment is our Column Palletizer (also known as Coordinate Palletizer). With a capacity of ~500 bags per hour, it features an extremely compact size and a PLC-controlled operating system. Through special programming, it executes virtually any palletizing pattern with precision, perfectly handling stable, aerated, or powdery products.
Key components highlighted: dust collecting press conveyor, pickup conveyor, smart gripper, and electric control cabinet. Its extreme simplicity even allows palletizing directly on floor-level pallets.
