Project: Vertical Dry Mortar Production & Packaging Line in Kosovo
This fully operational line in Kosovo demonstrates CORINMAC’s vertical layout design — mixer on top, packaging machine below, connected by a steel frame structure. Materials flow downward by gravity, minimizing horizontal conveying and saving floor space.
Raw Material Storage & Conveying
Cement/sand/lime silos with pneumatic loading & aeration anti-blocking system
Screw conveyors with alloy steel shafts and sealed bearings for dust-free transport
Batching & Weighing
Main weighing hopper with high-precision load cells — fast batching, high accuracy
Additive batching system with bellows load cell — automated feeding, weighing & conveying synchronized with production
Vertical Mixing & Packaging
Single shaft paddle mixer (top level) — main shaft 92 RPM, fly cutters 1,500 RPM, hydraulic opening, CV≤1% uniformity, 1-3 min per batch
Product hopper with pneumatic vibrator and arch-breaking device
Automatic bag placer: 240-280 bags/hour, dual bag carts for continuous operation
Air-floating valve bag packaging machine: filling accuracy ≤±0.6%, 200-280 bags/hour
Palletizing & Stretch Hooding
Automatic pallet feeder: pneumatic separation, 10-15 pallets capacity, audio-visual low-stock alarm
Palletizing robot: single gripper up to 800 bags/hour, double gripper up to 1,200 bags/hour
Stretch hooder: cold stretch film, 80-150 microns, max 90 pallets/hour, waterproof & dustproof
Intelligent Control
PLC control cabinet: multilingual interface, 999 recipe storage, real-time monitoring, auto-diagnosis
