CORINMAC Fully Automatic Wall Putty Production Lines in Uzbekistan

CORINMAC's fully automatic wall putty production lines have been put into operation in Uzbekistan: two production lines(bag packing line and pail filling line), palletized by one palletizing robot equipped with a multifunctional gripper.
Bag PackingLine (25 kg valve bags)
Auto Bag Placer (240-280 bags/h) → Valve Bag Packer (±0.6% accuracy, live weight on display) → Bag Flattener
Pail Filling Line (18 kg, stainless steel)
Auto Bucket Separator → Dual-Port Filling (lifting weigher + anti-drip valve) → Auto Lid Placer → Auto Capping
One Palletizing Robot, Two Products
A multifunctional gripper handles 25 kg bags and 18 kg pails — no gripper changeover. An automatic pallet magazine feeds empty pallets, and for pails the gripper's suction cups place a separator sheet on every layer to protect the product below. Lines are palletized in turn — one line at a time.
