Pressurizing device with high pressure spring can improve the grinding pressure of roller, which makes efficiency improved by 10%-20%. And the sealing performance and dust removal effect is pretty good.

Working Principle

The high pressure mill consists of a jaw crusher, bucket elevator, hopper, vibrating feeder, electronic control system, and main mill system, etc. In the main machine of a high-pressure mill with suspension rollers, the roller assembly through the horizontal axis hangs on the hanger, the hanger, the spindle and the scoop stand are fixedly tied, the pressure nip presses on the hanger, in the support on the horizontal axis it forces the roller to press on the ring when the electric motor through the drive unit drives the spindle, the scoop and the roller simultaneously and synchronously rotate, the roller rotates on the ring and around itself. The electric motor drives the analyzer through the drive unit, the faster the impeller rotates, the finer the produced powder. To ensure that the mill is operating under negative pressure, the increased air through the remaining air pipe between the fan and the main machine is released into the vacuum cleaner, after cleaning, the air is vented to the atmosphere.
